DETAILED ITINERARY

Start cycling to Thanh Ha pottery village from office at 7:30. This village used to be rich in
clay, which is the main material for production. Thanh Ha pottery products made by talented
potters with their traditional techniques... used to be integral daily utensils in Hoi An families.
Leaving here we head to the boat- building yard  on the small road along the river. Only
wooden boats built here and used on the river and sea. Not far from here visitors can visit one
of households weaving mats which used to put on the bed instead of the mattress, very cool
for the hot weather and popular in Vietnam.
Thanh Nam fishing village is the next destination on your trip. Thanh Nam fishing village or
Con Chai is a small village with an area of about 1 square km, lying along the branch of Thu
Bon river. The area is formed with alluvium of the river. People working on the river gather
there to anchor their boats and to dry their fishing nets. You will have chance to see many
different fishing tools used by
them and their daily life.
Leave here for the vegetable farms which is famous for supplying vegetables not only in Hoi
An but also other places around the province and see how farmers working. You can work
together with them , then join the cooking class with traditional food called" Tom Huu" served
with shrimps & vegetable. Enjoy the foods and say goodbye to the family. Tour ends at 2pm
